Our team

Delta consists of an ambitious and experienced team of professionals with complementary backgrounds.

We have extensive experience in investing and managing companies. We have the experience to set out the strategy, execute it and get the rest of the team on board. We know what is going on within the business teams of our participations and are intrinsically motivated to do things better every day.

Floris van Oranje

Delta Participaties was co-founded by Floris in the fall of 2021. Prior to Delta he was both Partner at Strong Rong Capital (2018-2021) a hands-on private equity firm and Gimv (2014-2018) a Belgian listed private equity firm, as head of the Dutch office. Before joining Gimv, he worked at KPMG Corporate Finance where he focused on the oil and gas sector. Previously, he was sectorhead at Deutsche Bank and Relationship Banker in the Telecom, Media and Technology sector at ABN Amro Corporate Clients. Van februari 2007 tot september 2011 werkte hij bij ABN-AMRO, in zijn laatste rol als ‘Sectorhoofd’ in Rotterdam. Floris has a master of Dutch Law from the Leiden University, in both business and criminal law. After he graduated, he worked for the Public Prosecution for five years. Floris is a member of the board of the Krajicek Foundation. He is also a member of the supervisory board of Victim Support Netherlands and the Crown Domains.

Laurens Rosenmöller

Laurens started his career at Goldman Sachs. After working for five years in London, he switched to the Dutch investment world. With approximately 12 years of experience at various leading Benelux funds (Gimv, Torqx), Laurens co-founded Delta Participaties. Laurens is convinced that the role of shareholders should focus on facilitating a strong corporate culture and stimulating entrepreneurship. Laurens lives in Amsterdam with his wife Hanna and their three children.

Max Pijnappel

Max studied mechanical engineering in Delft and started his career at Stork Technical Services. After a management traineeship, he became controller of several companies in The Netherlands and Belgium. This was followed by a broad base at hands-on investor Nimbus – where he worked for seven years – mostly in and with the portfolio companies, but of course also in due diligence and transactions. In 2019 he obtained his Executive Master’s degree in Finance at the UvA. Max is always looking for a connection between the operations side and the financial side of a company. Prefers Iran over Dubai, excels over presentations and believes that private equity can be competitive and facilitating. Max lives with Merle and daughter Lot in Weesp. His dream is to one day prepare a 4×4 again and drive to central Asia with Merle and Lot.

Jeroen van Rij

Jeroen was introduced to entrepreneurship at a young age growing up in an entrepreneurial family. After studying Business Administration at Erasmus University, Jeroen started as a consultant at L.E.K. Consulting in London. After six years, he made the switch to investor Gimv where he worked with Laurens and Floris on both Dutch and international deals. Jeroen gained operational experience as Program Manager at Hitec Power Protection and five years as General Manager at Surtronic Group. At the beginning of 2022, Jeroen joined Delta Participaties as an Operational Partner, combining his experience in strategy, investing and operations. Jeroen is driven and involved, he likes to set the bar high and enjoy work. He lives with Nathalie and their 2 sons and has a passion for travelling and cycling.

Joop Stolle

Joop completed his study of International Financial Management at the University of Groningen in early 2021. Immediately after graduating, he started working in the financial sector, with internships at Lazard, Houlihan Lokey and Chestnut Corporate Finance. At the beginning of 2022, Joop started at Delta Participaties. Working at Delta appealed to him because of its focus on facilitating entrepreneurs and teams. The entrepreneurial character of Delta Participaties and the practical involvement in investments offers Joop the opportunity to learn a lot in the coming years. In his spare time, Joop enjoys playing tennis, skiing and sailing.

Friends of Delta

Delta is assisted by a group of successful entrepreneurs and managers with direct experience in realizing growth and strategic change. Delta involves these friends of the house where desired, and if relevant, for the teams within our participations.

Cees van Gent

As CEO of, among others, Lehnkering, Van Gansewinkel and Hillebrand, Cees has successfully led complex international organizations and guided them through difficult times. He constantly raises the bar with his enthusiasm and ambition to build and acquire better, bigger companies.

With his strong leadership style, Cees can get teams moving, propel the strategic agenda and realize maximum stakeholder value.

Rudolph Haardt

Rudolph is co-founder en Supervisory Board member van LOGEX, Europees marktleider op het gebied van Healthcare Analytics.

LOGEX has grown into an international company with>400 employees and a unique proposition that 600 healthcare institutions throughout Europe use.

Rudolph has been primarily responsible for Product Development and Technology, focussing on scaling the LOGEX platform to multiple countries.

Bernard Verburg

Bernard has extensive experience as CEO of MegaGroup and Bouwmaat in building successful, profitable companies in a B2B setting.

He is strong in developing a vision and creating a winning growth strategy. He is a true team builder who strongly believes that a successful team is the starting point for a successful company and shareholder value. CSR is an important personal motivator for Bernard.

Cees van Gent
